Part 2 of a very effective and easy to execute Pregame Warm-Up I recently put together for the goalkeepers I coach at Walter Payton High School in Chicago, IL.  The intention behind a good warm up is to mentally and physically prepare for competition while acclimating the player to game time conditions on the field. Modify the length of each activity based on your goalkeeper's needs and the length of time you have to work with.
