Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather and the possibility of facility/ field closings on the day of training, please call 773-669-8577 for more information. No refunds will be given for days lost due to inclement weather.

General Refund Policy

Requests for cancellations must be received via email and sent to info@drivegk.com. Drive Goalkeeping will withhold a 10% transaction/ administrative fee for all refunds.

Training Refund Policy

If the request is made less than 24 hours before the start of a Session, no refunds will be given.

Camp Refund Policy

If the request is made less than 1 week before the start of camp, a 25% transaction/ administrative fee will be withheld.

Subscriptions Refund Policy

Cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect at end of current billing period (you keep access until paid-for period ends). No refunds for partial months.
