Four Goalkeeper Tracks, One Standard
From small-group youth training to college-prep and pro-level individual sessions — every athlete gets a development plan that fits their goals.
Small-Group Training
Drive Goalkeeping small-group training programs are designed for ages 7-17 with a strong player-to-coach ratio so each athlete gets the individual attention needed for proper goalkeeper development. Drive Juniors, Intermediate, and Advanced tracks cover everything from catching and diving fundamentals to shot-stopping, crosses, and game-like decision making.

Collegiate-Level Training
An advanced training environment for players headed to college or returning from college, with emphasis on effective distribution, cross management, defending space, and advanced shot-stopping techniques. Sessions run Sunday (invitation only), Monday and Tuesday in Morton Grove, and Thursday in Vernon Hills.

Individual Training
Personalized training with Director of Coaching Tom Paparounis, focused on the specific topics each goalkeeper needs most. Begins with a preliminary consultation to establish clear goals; sessions run 60-75 minutes and include a verbal performance evaluation afterward. Tom may group 2-3 players for more dynamic functional training.

Performance Analysis
Monitoring on-field performance is crucial to goalkeeper development. Every analysis includes a video recording of feedback from Tom Paparounis covering player strengths and areas for improvement — yours to keep and review. Email to schedule a call and discuss the options that fit your athlete.

ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT
At age 11, before I began training with Tom, I had no real goalkeeper background. Tom taught me all of my basic technical skills and my development skyrocketed while working with him at such a young age. I will be playing Division 1 soccer at Fordham University next year. Tom is great with goalkeepers of all ages, from beginners to professional players. I still train with Tom today and I intend to for the rest of my soccer career.
