Approximately 40 minutes of engaging activity via Zoom for goalkeeper development in.:

  • Ball Handling & Reactions
  • Footwork & Agility

  • Diving Form
  • Soccer ball.
  • 4 markers such as cones or rolled up socks.
  • Cross-training shoes or other flat-soled shoes appropriate for athletics.
  • Padded surface if possible (Not absolutely necessary but helpful.)
  • A guardian must supervise the participant.
  • We will still present the session as though you are indoors with limited space.

Once registered you will receive an email with link/ code to attend 30 minutes prior to the start of training.
